very close to haram only 7 mins walk, very courteous staff and good size room and amenities. they even provided me with an adapter when i asked where i could get one from. another major plus point is that there is an ATM in the lobby and you need cash in makkah. very few hotels have an ATM

I liked the bed,very confortable!😄 The breakfast was delicious🍴 The mosque was also 10mins walk.👍

The room was clean, big I a good size for two, service people, front desk, information desk ladies, concrete guys. Loved we could pray at the six floor.

I loved everything in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helped arrange transport when needed. The hotel had a few shops which had really nice gifts and clothes. The rooms were immaculate and perfect for anybody travelling with family, friends or even alone. Very clean hotel. The staff kept the hotel clean aswell as tidying the rooms daily. They kept the water in the room stocked up which was amazing. Hotel was very close to the haram, about a 5/10 minute walk. The best part was you can hear the adhan from the hotel. We didn’t book breakfast but we were able to pay at the desk and the food was really good and there was something for even the pickiest of eaters.

I went for Umrah with family and the first thing I would like mention here is location wise my stay cost was recommendable. In my floor room service and cleaning was done excellent by Br. Imran and Br. Saiful - I appreciate their business during my stay.
