very close to haram only 7 mins walk, very courteous staff and good size room and amenities. they even provided me with an adapter when i asked where i could get one from. another major plus point is that there is an ATM in the lobby and you need cash in makkah. very few hotels have an ATM

I liked the location of the hotel as it was my expectation 3-5 minutes walk to Al Haram, I can accurately say that it is a four star hotel but not a five-star. Interesting topic in the hotel room was a digital button for cleaning the Service team did not know i think so, when I asked them, they said you did not hang on the door, I said did you see digital light is green for cleaning which i put on for you. Seems they do not know yet, so I had to call them a few times to clean my room. It's what I noticed for my short stay. Well, overall, it's fine and within the budget and location not far. Breakfast is as per 4 star standard.

The beds were plush and cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long hours of worship. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless, and I appreciated the little touches that made the room feel warm and welcoming. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious buffet. The variety of dishes was impressive, catering to different tastes with both international and traditional Middle Eastern cuisine. The food was always fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the dining experience was truly delightful. I must also commend the exceptional staff at Makarem Ajyad. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and genuine kindness. The front desk team was efficient and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The restaurant staff was attentive, ensuring that guests were well taken care of during meals. The housekeeping and concierge teams were always ready to assist with anything I needed, always with a smile. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff for their dedication and hard work in making guests feel at home. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my stay memorable. Overall, Makarem Ajyad Hotel is an outstanding choice for anyone visiting Makkah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or a spiritual retreat. With its prime location, excellent service, delicious food, and warm hospitality, it exceeded all my expectations.
