This made my pilgrimage incredibly convenient, allowing me to perform my prayers with ease and without the stress of long commutes. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and elegantly designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities. The beds were plush and cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long hours of worship. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless, and I appreciated the little touches that made the room feel warm and welcoming. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious buffet. The variety of dishes was impressive, catering to different tastes with both international and traditional Middle Eastern cuisine. The food was always fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the dining experience was truly delightful. I liked the location of the hotel as it was my expectation 3-5 minutes walk to Al Haram, I can accurately say that it is a four star hotel but not a five-star. Interesting topic in the hotel room was a digital button for cleaning the Service team did not know i think so, when I asked them, they said you did not hang on the door, I said did you see digital light is green for cleaning which i put on for you. Seems they do not know yet, so I had to call them a few times to clean my room. It's what I noticed for my short stay. Well, overall, it's fine and within the budget and location not far. Breakfast is as per 4 star standard.
